Order placing:


Its easy. You can just register on Pretty women, explore and select as many products as you want and add them to your cart.

 

  • Order delivery:
    We deliver within 1 Month to any international location.

  • Return Policy:
    For our international orders, we take special care to check the quality of products before sending them. We only send the best products and request our customers to check the size chart and product details before placing the orders.
    Therefore, we currently do not have a return policy for international orders.

How do I return an item?

  • Choose the item you wish to return or exchange

DELIVERY, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Pretty women will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

At this point, Pretty women delivers products only within India.

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Voonik.com. Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 30 days of the receipt of item and depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

 

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items

 

  • Fine jewelry products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery,

 

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

 

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

 

  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.

 

  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

 

  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

 

  • Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed a maximum of 200 or 300 Pretty Women credits towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

What are your delivery options?

 

The options of Guaranteed 7 or 15 days  Delivery are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

The guaranteed delivery options are only available for items Fulfilled by Pretty Women.

 

  • Orders must be placed within the time-frame mentioned on the product details page to avail the option.

 

  • The delivery charges for guaranteed Morning delivery are Rs. 160 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed same-day delivery are Rs. 250 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed One-Day Delivery are Rs. 200 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed Two-Day delivery are Rs. 100 per order.

  • Only certain pincodes are eligible for these options.

 

  • To get your order within the guaranteed time, you need to select the respective delivery option during checkout.

  • Large and heavy items do not qualify for these options even when they are Fulfilled by Pretty Women.

 

  • The Delivery guarantee applies to attempted delivery by the promised date. Pretty Women will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to receive it.

 

  • On Friday, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices, that might be closed.

 

 

The following additional terms and conditions apply for Guaranteed Morning Delivery:

 

  • Morning Delivery is not available to establishment addresses like offices and business premises. It is restricted only to residential addresses.

  • Morning Delivery attempts happen latest by 11 am.

On which days do you not deliver?

 

Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

 

 For Guaranteed Morning/Same/One/Two-Day deliveries, delivery holidays differ depending upon the local or regional holidays of the state in which the order is delivered. Please note that PTS (Pretty Women  Transportation Services) delivers on Sundays at select residential locations.

Do you provide International delivery?
